At Campbell Smith we believe that litigation is not the only route to resolving disputes. Eric Scott is a fully accredited Family and Dispute Resolution mediator, and understands the importance of preserving relationships. After all, quite often those we have had disputes with continue to play a significant part in our lives or businesses for years, or even decades, after the dispute has been resolved.
Courts and Tribunals
We regularly appear in sheriff courts throughout Scotland, and have extensive experience of instructing senior and junior counsel for actions in the Court of Session in Edinburgh at first instance and in relation to appeals from lower courts. We also undertake appeals to the Supreme Court in London in relation to matters of Scots Law.
We have a proven track record in tribunal work, particularly relating to employment law, education law, road traffic regulation and local authority licensing.
